- Tue 10-11am:    Total Private Fitness, Cnr Queen & Fry St Grafton    Strength 

- Wed 9-10am:    Total Private Fitness, Cnr Queen & Fry St Grafton    Individualised programs

- Thu 10-11am:    Total Private Fitness, Cnr Queen & Fry St Grafton      Balance & Mobility

- Fri 8:30-9:30am:   Jacaranda Grove community hall, 598 Summerland Way Grafton  Balance & strength
