Caringa was created by the community, for you. We support the experience and enjoyment of ‘A Complete Life’ with choice and independence, delivering services and support across the Clarence Valley and Coffs Coast areas. We are a community-focused charity organisation that delivers the person-centred and co-designed supports that you expect and deserve.

Caringa Australia Limited (Caringa) is a diverse, mission-focussed, values-based and socially responsible organisation which started in Grafton, NSW and now operates across the Clarence Valley and Coffs Harbour Council areas.

Caringa is a leading provider of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) supports and services.

Operating since 1953 when the community first raised funds to start a school for children with disability, over time Caringa has grown into an innovative and professional organisation offering people with disability a diverse range of supports and services. We continue to evolve to meet contemporary demand and to co-design services with clients.

Caringa is comprised of 3 Divisions Caringa Support Services - We deliver a full range of supported accommodation services including in-home support, drop in support, clinical behaviour support, outreach services, and full-time assistance with tasks of daily living. My Life Programs - provide participants with a wide range of opportunities and experiences aimed at developing daily living skills, social skills, employability skills and promoting independence. Programs are tailored to meet the individual needs of each participant. Orara and Clarence Industries - Is the Australian Disability Enterprises division of Caringa, providing people with disabilities the opportunity to contribute to the community through valued employment and training.
