The New School of Arts Neighbourhood House Inc operate operate Community Hubs in South Grafton and Baryulgil. The Hubs provide links to services throughout the Clarence Valley and staff and volunteers can assist with referrals.
The Hub coordinates a range of free services including Legal Aid, counselling, financial counselling, computer tutoring, literacy support and tax help. Bookings are essential and can be made by calling 66403807.
A Justice of the Peace is also onsite between Tuesday and Friday and computers are available for public use.
Other activities operating through the Hub is a free community lunch Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12 noon to 1:30pm and a community garden producing fresh produce.
New School of Arts has facilities for hire including a Hall and various meeting rooms, depending on availability. Users are required to complete a hall hire agreement and payment in advance. Priority will be given to community groups over commercial or private interest groups.
