Clarence Village Ltd is a community-owned not for profit organisation. Our aim is to provide good quality affordable residential facilities for seniors in the community.

Independent Living:  94 units (1, 2 bedroom & 2 bed plus study) to accommodate people who wish to live independently yet  within close proximity to other residents for security and community activities. Supported Living:  At Clarence Village on Queen, there are 45 1&2 bedroom rental accommodation units for independent seniors within a safe, affordable and comfortable community.

Residential Aged Care: At Dougherty Villa, residents receive 24-hour care, laundry services, meals prepared and cooked on site, cleaning services and wide range of activities. We have a wonderful team of staff who help us provide quality services in a homelike environment. Our Villa has 54 single rooms with ensuites.
