Christ Church Cathedral is a place of welcome, worship, and heritage in the heart of Grafton, serving the communities of Grafton, Copmanhurst, and Lawrence.
Open daily to visitors, the Cathedral offers a peaceful space for prayer and reflection, along with regular worship including Sunday Eucharist at 9am and Wednesday Eucharist at 10am. Additional monthly services include a Family Service featuring Godly Play, and a Taizé contemplative prayer service.
Visitors are warmly invited to explore the Cathedral’s historic architecture, attend occasional organ recitals, follow the self-guided audio tour or book a guided tour. The Cathedral Op Shop and Book Shop are open daily to the public.
We seek to be a generous faith community centred around the person and teachings of Jesus, open to new insights from the natural and social sciences, and engaged with the wider community in compassionate action for the common good.
