Clarence Valley Woodworkers' Association

The Clarence Valley Woodworkers Association is open to all woodworkers based in the Clarence Valley and further, providing fellowship and skills development opportunities for men and women with interest in woodcrafts.

Previously known as the Northern Rivers Woodworkers Association, the change of name was registered in March 2018..

We have wood turners, furniture makers, box makers, toy makers and carvers of all skill levels,  We can offer classes, a work shop space for members, and timber sales.

The group also works with local high schools to achieve similar woodworking goals with young people.

CVWA members organise their annual Woodwork Exhibition and Competition during Jacaranda Week in Grafton.  With over 2300 handmade items on display, including work from high school students, this exhibition is one of the biggest single-club woodcraft exhibitions in Australia.

We have regular meetings, and our members can use the facilities in our shed at Ulmarra. New members are welcome!
