Momentum Collective

Early intervention support for vulnerable families with children and young people who are showing early signs of, or are at risk of developing mental health concerns or having a hard time coping with stressors in their lives.

Part of the Momentum Collective, the service provides tangible support through delivering both short term and intensive long term support options. The program aims to meet the needs of children and young people up to 18 years old and encourages them to build resilience so that each child and young person can reach their full potential.

Clear minds can work with the whole family or a significant adult to make sure families and carers are supported to assist children and young people who are showing early signs or are at risk of developing mental health issues.

Our office is based in Grafton but services the Clarence Valley region from Iluka to Corindi Beach and west to Baryugil.
