The award-winning Yamba Museum, operated by the Port of Yamba Historical Society, is located within the heart of Yamba.
It is operated by volunteers of the Port of Yamba Historical Society. Displays include the First Nations Yaegl community featuring the Yaegl Cultural garden, European settlement and a strong focus on local maritime, fishing and surfing history.
The Old Kirk, formerly Yamba Presbyterian Church, was donated and relocated to the museum precinct in 2006. It now serves as a space for artistic and cultural exhibitions, and is also available for hire for weddings, functions, film nights.
